Welcome, I’m Bianca and I’m an accomplished leader and trainer with over 25 years of experience within the education, public and charity sectors. I specialise in safeguarding leadership, training, consultancy, supervision, audits and workplace investigations. I’ve led transformative safeguarding initiatives and implemented a culture of excellence programme praised by Ofsted.
With a background in business coaching and consultancy I can relate to the challenges you face and the goals you strive to achieve and create solutions to meet your needs quickly and effectively.
When I’m unavailable I will ensure you are looked after by one of the dedicated team of consultants and trainers that can support you and are aligned to the same values, passion and vision as BCS Safeguarding.
